What are the rules and regulations for inscriptions?

Each cemetery has different rules and regulations regarding the paperwork as well as what you may inscribe or place on a monument. 

What do I need to provide?

Many cemeteries require either the original deed, an endorsed deed, an affidavit, or a permission letter as part of the work permit process that Natale Monuments undertakes for the client, preparation of these documents is part of the process in order to apply for the permit and can take some time.

Can I mail the deed?

For clients who send in an original deed there is a charge of $10 to return the deed to you by registered mail, unless it is picked up in person.

Privacy

 We do realise that this is a very intimate decision, but we can only communicate information about the order with the person named as the “Responsible Party”. If that person indicates other people with whom we can share details of the job we will, but otherwise respect the privacy of our client.

How long will does the inscription take?

Inscription completion times vary between 12 to 16 weeks. This is based upon the time needed for work approval from the cemetery as well as the workload of the engravers when the receive the job order after approval.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, we will send a work order to be approved, which the client can return by e-mail or regular mail, along with the payment, either credit card over the phone or a check in the mail.

How much is the deposit?

New monument purchases require a 50% deposit, the balance will be due once it is finished, This means once it has arrived and been cut and ready for setting. Monuments are not set until they are paid for in full. A photo will be sent to the client when it is ready for setting. Setting times are dependent upon the workload of the monument setters as well as weather. (Monuments cannot be set in rain, snow, or low (freezing) temperatures.
